Psicosys built Snoopex with a fundamental principle: your data belongs to you. This policy describes how we handle your information.
1. "Local-First" Philosophy
Snoopex operates primarily on your device. Your layouts, settings, and customizations are stored locally (via Dexie/IndexedDB) and are not sent to our servers unless explicitly requested by you (see "Cloud Vault").
2. Data Collection
- Authentication: We use Google Sign-In to verify your license. We only receive and store your email address and unique ID.
- Payments: All purchases (Creator License) are processed by Google Play. We do not have access to your credit card information.
- Media: The app accesses your photos/videos locally to display them in the interface. Files are not uploaded unless you use the Backup feature.
3. Cloud Vault (Optional)
If you purchase the Creator License, we offer an optional encrypted cloud backup service. These files are stored in our secure infrastructure (Cloudflare R2) and are never shared or sold.
4. Zero Ads
Snoopex is a commercial product. We do not display ads and do not sell your usage data to advertising networks.
5. Account Deletion
You have full control over your data. You can delete local data simply by uninstalling the app.
To request the complete deletion of your account and any data stored in the Cloud Vault, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Account Deletion". We will process your request and permanently delete your data within 30 days.
